Satish Talim is one of the better known Ruby language hobbyists in India. He has started free ruby lessons on his ruby learning forum, where one can learn along with the other interested folks.
Given the limited penetration of ruby language among the programmers in India, this is a good opportunity for folks to learn this upcoming dynamic language.
